The New Most Important Lists

For decades probably the most important list in media has been the New York Times Best Seller List.  Now with the New Media creating new territory this is the emergence of a new list that will establish a greater dominance with respect to Social Media: that is the Alexa list. Facebook has leap-frogged over MySpace, and I would expect to see Flickr and a couple others to jump up a couple more spots.  It's a New Year, we should start to see who the real players for '09 will be.
